Gurpreet Singh Luthra joins as President Finance, and Pankaj Pandey as Head of Human Resources
Leading speciality chemicals manufacturer and flagship company of the Shiva Group of Industries, Shivtek Spechemi Industries Ltd, has announced the appointment of two senior leaders as part of its expansion and transformation journey. The company has appointed Gurpreet Singh as President, Finance and Pankaj Pandey as Head, Human Resources. With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning the manufacturing and services sectors, Gurpreet Singh will lead the company’s financial strategy, drive compliance excellence, and strengthen its risk management framework. Pankaj Pandey brings more than 11 years of diverse experience spanning startups, corporates, and multinational organisations. He will be responsible for building an inclusive, people-first workplace, aligned with Shivtek’s vision of creating a high-performance, future-ready organisation.

He has a proven record of strengthening investor confidence, advancing governance excellence, and enabling agile decision-making through technology-driven financial operations.
An MBA in Human Resources, Pankaj has shaped people practices with human- first approach at organisations such as Wen Energy Systems, Randstad India (for client accounts including KPMG India and Ericsson EGI), Digipeergo Tech, Goobyflight Travels, and Unnati Online. He specialises in talent strategy, employee engagement, organisational development, change management, designing performance management systems, cultural alignment initiatives, and leadership development programs.
