Eureka Forbes, a trusted name in home health and hygiene, announces the launch of the Live Demonstration Program for the Forbes Smart Clean robotic vacuum cleaners. The initiative strengthens the brand’s legacy of customer-centric innovation by integrating its four-decade-old tradition with the convenience of digital technology.
Despite growing awareness of smart home solutions globally, robotic vacuum cleaners remain in the early stages of adoption in India, with penetration of less than 0.5%. The Live Demonstration Program directly addresses this gap by showcasing actual product use for dirt removal and spotless wet mopping thereby building customer confidence in the category.
The program enables customers to book demonstrations seamlessly through QR codes across websites, e-commerce platforms, in-store displays, and digital channels. The consumers just have to ‘Scan a QR code to experience a live demo’. The sessions are hosted from a dedicated studio equipped with advanced multi-camera setups that simulate the in-person experience. The demo covers cleaning across different floor types, app functionality, and ease of maintenance, followed by a live Q&A. Once scanned, consumers are directed to a booking page where they can choose their preferred time slot, register with their details, and instantly receive a confirmation link to join the live demo from any device.
