Renault Group India announced two key leadership appointments in India, reinforcing the country’s growing importance as a global hub for automotive design and engineering. Dr. Vikraman V has been appointed as Chief of Renault Engineering at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India (RNTBCI), Chennai. Sandeep Bhambra has been appointed as Head of Renault Design Centre India (RDCI) while continuing his position as Chief Designer Advanced Renault.

Renault Group has acquired Nissan’s remaining 51% stake in their joint plant in Chennai, thus becoming its sole owner. Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Ltd, RNAIPL, will now be fully consolidated in the group’s consolidated financial statements.
