Narayan Seva Sansthan initiates urgent relief efforts for Punjab flood victims
An eight-member team travelled from Narayan Seva Sansthan's Kaithal service centre to hard-hit border villages near Amritsar along the Pakistan border, including Ajnala, Malakpur, Kot Razada, Sufian, and Aliwal Kotli to deliver aid directly to affected communities. The relief materials included 1,000 packets of bread, 1,200 bottles of Bisleri water, 2 quintals of chickpeas, 1,000 packets each of powdered milk, sweet biscuits, and salty biscuits and 1,050 namkeen packets.

Hartek Foundation lights up flood-hit Punjab with 500 solar lights
As floodwaters continue to ravage large parts of Punjab, leaving villages in Ajanala, Fazilka, and Ramdas cut off from electricity and basic essentials, Hartek Foundation announced the donation of 500 solar-powered lights to households struggling in darkness after days of power outages. The distribution is being carried out in partnership with Global Sikhs, whose ground teams are already active in relief operations across the worst-affected districts.Â
